Regional Rural Banks are banking institutions which function as a commercial organization in rural areas in order to develop rural economy The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts a national level banking exam- IBPS RRB exam for the recruitment of IBPS RRB Assistant and IBPS RRB Officer Cadre in various Regional Rural Banks (RRB) in India.
The selection is made for posts of
● Group A officers – Scale-I(Assistant Manager), Scale-II(Manager), Scale-III(Senior Manager)
● Group B – Assistants: Multipurpose Office Assistants

Important: The declaration should be in english and it must be written by the candidate himself/herself.
- The handwritten declaration must be written using a black pen.
- The declaration sample should be 800 X 400 pixels
- The file should be in JPG/JPEG format of 50-100 kb.
Handwritten declaration sample:

- The candidates are selected through three phases of exams- IBPS RRB PrelimsExam, IBPS RRB Mains exam & interview ( except for Group B)

Pay Scale of IBPS RRB Officer Scale I
◉ The basic pay scale for IBPS RRB Officer Scale-I is ₹23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020.
◉ Inhand salary may vary from ₹ 42,000/- to ₹ 45,000/-
◉ Allowances : Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Special Allowances (SA) & other allowances which includes travel allowance, medical reimbursement etc:
◉ The candidate has to serve a minimum of 2 years of probation after which the candidate is promoted to the post of Assistant Manager.
Pay Scale of IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Clerk)
◉ IBPS RRB Office Assistant in-hand salary varies from ₹ 21,000 – 23,000/-
◉ Allowances : Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) etc: Selected candidates must undergo a training period / probation of 1 year
